Production
When Fonderie PL was born in 2000, it already had an automated cell. Then over the years its machinery has increased both in number and in tonnage. To date we have got 7 cells from 400 to 1000 tons with fully automated temperature control systems, making use of the close collaboration of expert system partners. In recent years we have made of "lean management" our way of thinking by aligning the entire organization with common projects and objectives and obtaining great improvements in terms of quality and quantity, which also includes people development techniques. Innovation is another strength and over the years it has led us to choose the best partners by collaborating and carefully testing the best performing products that guarantee a process at optimal quality levels. As we work with different alloys, we have melting furnaces with degassing for the treatment of the same with incoming controls, density analysis during startup and during production.
